The game between Honinbo Shusai and Kitani Minoru. This game is famous because of Kawabata's novel "The master of go". It contains a biography of Shusai and some short notes about Kitani. (For Kitani's biography see: kamakura). The main section is the game itself, with extensive commentary. The commenents are drawn from many sources. Next to the comments, the events surrounding the game are narrated.
