Someone is trying to send us a secret message. Find the digital code consisting of 5 unique letters and uncover the hidden message.
There are two ways to play this game: as a duel between 2 players or as a race with 3 or more players.
With 2 players:
In a duel, both players try to figure out the other player's code as quickly as possible. Both players create a code, adhering to specific rules.
Once both players have created their codes, the game begins. On your turn, you may ask one of the following two questions:
How many adjacent edges are filled around the space with the letter combination ?? (e.g., QD)?
Is the edge with the letter combination ?? (e.g., RH) filled?
The player answering checks their code and provides the information.
If you think you have found your opponent's code, you may use a turn to guess the solution.
The first player to crack the other player's code wins the game!
With 3 or more players:
In a game with 3 or more players, one player creates a code, and the other players must try to figure it out. Players take turns asking questions and recording the answers they receive (including those given to other players!) on their answer sheets.
If you think you have found the complete code, you may use a turn to guess the solution.
