The newest puzzle from Felix Ure is the Piston 2!
Like all of Felix's puzzles, this one is of exceptional quality.
This is what he says about it: All mechanisms are designed from scratch, and I do not believe the puzzle is derivative at all. It is completely different from Piston 1, it just shares the fact that it's cylindrical, and... (no spoilers)
The aim is to remove the steel ball from the top of the puzzle.
A challenging, six-stage, sequential discovery puzzle.
Difficulty: 7/10
Machined from solid brass, Piston II measures 35mm diameter, 138mm in height, and weighs 1.1kg.
The brass is left unfinished, leaving it to slowly patinate and darken with use.
