The "69" or Yin & Yang puzzle was originally designed by Ayi Liu and is produced by Wil Strijbos.
It has a diameter of 6 cm, a thickness of 2.6 cm and with over 200 grams of aluminum it is a nice and weighty puzzle.
As with most of Wil's puzzles, the goal is to take it apart, in 4 parts, and of course put it back together again.
In China, the puzzle is called TaiJi; Taiji is a pattern from traditional Chinese philosophy "Dao." It is made up of two parts: Yin and Yang, an ancient concept of dualism that describes how seemingly opposing or contrasting forces can actually be complementary, interconnected and interdependent. The symbol for Yin and Yang is a whole circle divided into two equal parts: dark and light.
A wonderful addition to any puzzle collection!
