3 Sun. Sun is a Japanese measure. 1 sun is approximately 3.0 cm. This puzzle box is opened in 18 steps. The design is traditional Yosegi-zaiku on 2 panels. The 4 side panels have an Ichimatsu motif. This puzzle box is made by OKA CRAFT.

Its origin even dates back to the Edo and Meiji era (1800) in Japan. It has been handed down by a very small number of craftsmen. I make these puzzle boxes myself full-time.
