Montano is a 3D building game for 2 to 4 players. The goal of Montano is to be the first player to reach the highest point of the mountain and, of course, to ensure that no other player can climb higher. This can be achieved by moving or rotating building blocks and the strategic use of the climbing die and blocking stones.
With Montano, players embark on an exciting climb where wooden blocks are used in geometric compositions inspired by the Dutch art movement “De Stijl”. Each block contributes to an evolving painting where primary colors determine the path. Strategically place and rotate the blocks to climb the mountain and be the first to reach the top.
